This hotel was one of the best we've stayed in so far while traveling to other European countries. The staff was very kind and helpful, check in process lasted no longer than 3 minutes. Rooms are very nice and clean. Bathroom has floor heating which helps a lot considering it's cold outside. There's also a huge TV and they left us with some complimentary tea and coffee as well as a pot to boil water. Location of the hotel is perfect, right in the city centre where everything is. It was a bit louder considering that there's a pub right next to the hotel but other than that we've had no other problems during our stay and the city seemed quite safe. Breakfast was AMAZING! There are lactose-free, gluten-free and vegan options (although I suggest you talk to the hotel staff), pastries, smoothies, cereals, vegetables and fruits, pancakes, salami, cheese and almost everything is made by locals. And if you can speak English even a little bit you'll have no problems, everyone in Sweden can speak English!

I only stayed for one night, but the staff seemed very friendly, elegant-edgy hotel lobby and I wish I could have taken advantage of the breakfast buffet more, from orange salad to a waffle station and huge cups for coffee (as I need them), it all was/looked fantastic. Also interested sectioning of the eating area, including newspapers and a picture from John Lennon shooting How I won the war, forgot to ask what that was all about. Anyway, I'm drifting - very happy to come back some day.

My room was very quiet, this being a great plus. The hotel serves a rich and healthy breakfast in the cool premises while its staff does everything to make the clients feel comfortable and happy.
